• Entrée: Herb Seared Salmon and Chef’s Cut Herb Roasted Chicken Breast with sweet pepper relish and fresh citrus, spinach cous cous, griddled carrots and mushrooms with a touch of cream

• Vegetarian Entrée provided for those who note dietary restrictions. Grilled Portabella Center-Cut Filet and Tomato ‘Demi’ with roasted new potatoes, grilled asparagus, and leeks

• Dessert: Mascarpone cocoa mousse and fresh berries with cinnamon whipped cream and chocolate dipped biscotti with almond
